If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it in its original, unused condition.
We will pay for return shipping.

Please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-707-1004, or by email at support@5000styles.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return and/or exchange instructions. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all tags, parts and accessories. Items that have been worn, washed, smell of perfumes, lotions, smoke or altered will be refused.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original credit card within 5-7 business days from the time we receive and inspected your return.
  • Return shipping is absolutely FREE.

Note: Orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
